Soundtrack Of My Life

My whole life I've always loved and listened to music, although if I had a soundtrack of my life, these songs would probably best represent me:

1. Ringa ringa roses

Ringa ringa roses is one of my biggest childhood songs that I loved. Growing up, my grandma and my dad would always sing this to me while doing this little dance with their fingers and they would tickle me so much water would fill my eyes.

2. Mr. bombastic- from Mr. Bean

This song reminds me so much of the crazy times I've had with my friends. Ana and I use to follow the dance that Mr. Bean did to this song and we would always act silly, dancing like crazy people.

3. Halo- Beyonce

Halo was and still is one of my favorite songs and it reminds me of my brothers, as we all love it so much. I would usually listen to a song and get sick to it after 2-3 weeks, although halo is a song I always listen to ever since I was 5 years old.

4. Danza Kudro- Don Omar

This song brings me back to days i would spend with my cousin Lidia and we would dance and sing to this song. Lidia would teach me how to do salsa and when this song comes on, i think of Lidia and feel like dancing.

5. Read all about it- Emeli Sande

This song is very powerful, has such a strong meaning and is very special to me. If I were ever going through a rough time, this song would help me get through it. I love the lyrics and it just encourages me to be myself.

Because Of You...

This person means a lot to me and I'm proud to call her my grandma. My grandma is a very strong and loving woman, and I wouldn't know what to do without her. She completes our family.

My Nonna has encouraged me to try harder in every obstacle that comes my way. She has taught me to be loving and caring, to be happy with who I am today, to be strong and to have faith in myself. My Nonna has made me a better person. She inspires me, makes me want to do well in life and I look up to her. I would love to make her proud of me, as the youngest grandchild and as a person. Whenever I have troubles, I always think, what would my Nonna do in this situation.

Despite her being unwell, my Nonna constantly tries her hardest to make everyone happy, always making delicious foods, cleaning, collecting gifts and thinking of what to do next. She always has amazing stories to tell and gives great advice. My Nonna is truly an amazing, inspiring woman that I look up to and hope to be like when I'm older. Because of her, i am who i am today.

Top 3 Favourite Cakes To Bake..

I have always had a passion for baking and cake is one of my favorite things to bake. You can bake so many different types of cakes although these are personally my favorite cakes to bake and enjoy. These are my 3 easy and delicious cakes that you can make for anyone you like. When following these recipes, I found that the final product always comes out perfectly.

1. Vanilla cake
A vanilla cake is one of the simplest cakes to bake and is probably one of the safest things to serve, meaning anyone will enjoy it. It's a very light, sponge-like cake that goes well with almost every type of frosting or gnash. This is one of my favorite cakes because it’s sweet, simple, and easy to whip up.

2. Carrot cake
You would think that vegetables and cake don't go together although; carrot cake is an absolute crowd pleaser. This delicious and moist cake is very popular all around the world and is traditionally served with an amazing cream-cheese frosting. Perfect for a get together, and defiantly one of my favorite cakes.

3. Cheesecake
Cheesecake is my absolute, No.1 favorite cake of all time, as well as many others. Usually served with fruit, cheesecake is extremely rich and decadent, with a thick, creamy consistency, made in a thin, crunchy biscuit layer. You take one bite; your mouth explodes with flavor, and is filled with a smooth, sweetness. The biscuit layer adds a crunch, as well as great texture. If you haven't tried cheesecake, you haven't lived yet.
